Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) – Increased Pay Rates!

This is a remote, part-time position for independently licensed therapists. Notes: 1) Many clients are looking for care on weekends and at night; we have a preference for applicants with flexible hours but it is not required! 2) We also have full-time, W-2 positions (w/ salary + benefits) for CA-licensed therapists, which you can read about in the “Notes” section. Set a schedule that works best for you & your clients. • Bonus Incentive - Earn ongoing bonuses based on engagement with new clients you take on! • AI Assistance - Our HIPAA-compliant AI features expedite session preparation by providing a summary of key details from previous sessions and accelerate session documentation by drafting progress notes (e.g, SOAP format) after each session. You’ll also have access to resources like our Provider Help Center and our dedicated Provider Support Team. Compensation: We have just increased our pay rates! You will be reimbursed $70-$90 per hour for live sessions; compensation for sessions will be determined by the state where your client resides. Rates for shorter live sessions (30- and 45- minute sessions) are prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their state of residence. Finally, we offer ongoing bonuses based on engagement with new clients you take on. Requirements: To participate in the Talkspace clinical network, all therapists/counselors must possess the following: • An active, independent US state board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW) • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy • Individual NPI & CAQH number • Current residence in the USA Note: • Full-time positions are available for clinicians licensed in certain states.
