We’re looking for a Remote Estate Planning Paralegal who can wrangle paperwork like a pro, soothe stressed-out clients with kindness, and make sure everything from wills to trusts is buttoned up tighter than a screen door in January. What You’ll Do • Draft and prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and deeds. • Write and edit with care—ensuring every document is accurate and precise. • Organize client information (family trees, assets, that “cabin up north”) into clear, usable formats. • Coordinate with notaries, financial advisors, and title companies. • Keep our systems tidy, efficient, and easy to follow—for both the team and clients.
