You’ll help craft intuitive, intelligent interfaces that empower surgical and hospital teams. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, design, and AI—translating complex workflows into tools that truly make a difference in patient care.As a Product Designer at VitVio, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design work—from discovery and user research to prototyping, testing, and visual polish. From RFD to deployment, you’ll take ownership of features, propose creative improvements, and ship clean, reliable code with confidence. As a frontend specialist, we will lean on you to define our frontend strategy to maintain high iteration speed while supporting a wide range of devices. You will ensure high quality in the frontend while facilitating contributions from all engineers.In your first 6 months, you will:Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle: discovery, concepting, interaction design, and delivery.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to understand how surgical teams work and what they need.Turn complex workflows and data into clear, usable interfaces.Design, prototype, and test ideas to find what works best.Help evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.Run user research and usability tests, and turn insights into improvements.Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth, high-quality implementation.Support commercial design work—creating marketing visuals and assets that communicate VitVio’s story and value.Champion user-centered thinking across the company.You Might Be a Great Fit If You...Are comfortable taking projects from research and concept through to polished visual design and delivery.Work well with engineers, PMs, and clinicians, and enjoy solving problems together.Can turn ambiguity into clarity—breaking down complex workflows into intuitive, usable designs.
