Pharmacy Informaticist - REMOTE
About the position Responsibilities • Assist internal teams and new customers with the setup, configuration, and optimization of Advanced Services solutions. • Establish best practices for the setup, configuration, optimization, and operation of technology and software within the Customer Success organization. • Create reports, analytics, and tools to demonstrate product and service program success, identify strategic opportunities for improvement, and measure customer health and outcomes. • Provide subject matter expertise to Product and Engineering teams for new product development. • Operationalize medication management best practices for consistent and sustainable results. Requirements • BS in Healthcare-related field and 4 years' experience in pharmacy informatics and data analysis • MS in Health or Biomedical Informatics and 2 years' experience in pharmacy informatics and data analysis • PharmD with 1 year experience in hospital-based pharmacy practice and project work in pharmacy informatics and data analysis • PharmD with hospital-based pharmacy informatics experience and completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency • PharmD with hospital-based pharmacy informatics experience and completion of a 1-year fellowship training Nice-to-haves • 3+ years of experience within a hospital-based pharmacy or pharmacy consulting • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy informatics and data analysis • Healthcare license for associated degree • Demonstrable knowledge of pharmacy operations • Experience analyzing and interpreting hospital quality and safety metrics • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or Scala • Experience with data visualization creation and design using BI platforms like Tableau, QlikSense, or PowerBI Benefits • Remote work flexibility • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Commitment to diversity and inclusion • Sustainability initiatives • Employee Impact Groups for personal and professional growth
