We're expanding our reach to provide comprehensive outpatient mental healthcare to individuals of all ages and backgrounds throughout the state of Michigan. Our dedicated team currently consists of 18 licensed therapists, and a dedicated administrative team . Dedicated Support Team Our behind-the-scenes support team ensures you can focus on what matters most...your clients! • Clinic Manager (Licensed Therapist): Develops clinician and client-centered processes that remain aligned with professional and regulatory requirements. • Clinical Manager (Licensed Therapist & Supervisor): Offers ongoing clinical support to help you navigate this ever-changing field. • Biller: Brings years of expertise in credentialing, efficient claims submission, and excellent billing support for clients. • Administrative Coordinator: Trauma-informed, compassionate, and detail-oriented support for both clinicians and clients. • Marketing & Connection Strategist: Builds community partnerships, drives referrals through targeted outreach, and ensures visibility so your caseload is always supported. Qualifications We're on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated therapists/counselors to join our growing family on a full-time basis, offering telehealth therapy services. • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (State of Michigan Licensure required; limited licensed candidates encouraged to apply). • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of direct clinician care experience. • Skills: Proficiency in providing therapy to diverse patient populations and addressing various presenting problems, conducting intake assessments, forming diagnostic impressions, and developing personalized treatment plans. • Expertise: Experience and training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Telehealth platforms. • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and documentation skills, sensitivity and awareness of multicultural issues, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and possession of good character, emotional stability, and maturity.
