Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the store. Educate customers on the latest Verizon products and services available at Best Buy. Assist customers in selecting the right Verizon products and services based on their needs and budget. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Verizon products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and updates in the Verizon product line. Utilize strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to Verizon products and services. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales techniques, customer service standards, and confidentiality. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques. Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor at all times while representing Best Buy and Verizon.
