Description
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Instructor to join our team! This role will involve providing engaging training on specialized software for new and existing clients. You’ll use your knowledge of the software, Head Start/Early Head Start regulations, and computer systems to conduct impactful trainings, prepare educational materials, and offer ongoing support to both clients and team members. This position requires frequent travel, averaging 3 weeks per month, but typically doesn’t involve weekend stays.

Skills
• Strong knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start procedures and operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead individual and group training sessions for new and existing clients, either onsite or virtually.
• Assist in the development and creation of training materials to enhance learning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training resources.
• Prepare thoroughly for each training session and maintain regular communication with clients.
• When not traveling, assist with website chat and support other projects as needed.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of training experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Head Start/Early Head Start procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
