Technical Illustrator for Window Treatment Specification Drawings (Shades, Drapery, Tracks)

We are producing manufacturer-style product data sheets for window treatment systems. I am seeking a skilled technical illustrator to create clean, precise line drawings that clearly communicate product configuration, profiles, mounting conditions, and dimensional information. This is not decorative illustration work. Drawings must read like architectural details or manufacturer cut sheets. Project Scope: Create technical line drawings for window treatment systems, including: Roller shades (manual and motorized) Roman shades Drapery and ripplefold systems Decorative drapery hardware Ceiling- and wall-mounted tracks Recessed shade pockets Mounting brackets and headboxes Section details at head, jamb, and sill Integration with ceiling conditions (ACT, gypsum board, recessed pockets, etc.) Drawings may include plan views, elevations, sections, enlarged details, and component diagrams. Drawing Requirements: Black-and-white vector linework only Clean, technical drafting style (no sketch effect) Consistent line weight hierarchy Clear dimensioning and callouts Indication of mounting conditions and substrates Organized layers Editable text Scalable vector format These drawings will be placed into specification sheets and must be clear at both full-page and reduced sizes. Deliverables: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) preferred (vector format required) Editable PDF All fonts outlined or provided Layered and organized files Preferred Qualifications: Background in architecture, drafting, industrial design, or millwork detailing Experience with construction details Familiarity with window treatment components (brackets, fascia, pockets, clutch systems, motorized tubes, etc.) Understanding of section drawings and mounting conditions
