Summary About the Project Sacruna is an international brand offering retreats, mindfulness programs, and a global community. Responsibilities Develop targeting strategies for different business directions. Set up advertising accounts and pixels (Meta). Segment and build target audiences. Launch and scale campaigns in Meta Ads. Set up and integrate analytics (CRM, UTM, GA4). Conduct weekly optimization based on CPL, CPA, and ROI. Maintain detailed reporting and test hypotheses. Research and deeply understand the target audience. Proven experience working with premium audiences and products priced from €5,000 is required. Goals (KPI) 100+ leads per week. At least 20 sales per month. CAC $500. A stable and predictable flow of qualified leads. A scalable advertising system with transparent analytics. Candidate Requirements Fluent Russian is required Experience managing advertising budgets starting from €10,000 per month. Proven track record of reducing CPL and scaling campaigns. Deep understanding of performance marketing and funnels. Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads. Strong skills in analytics setup (GA4, UTM, CRM, pixels). Experience working with international markets. Excellent understanding of the target audience and the ability to adapt strategies for different segments. Terms Format: Freelance (long-term, with monthly payment). Compensation: Fixed fee + performance-based bonus (negotiable). Global audience (Europe, Asia, America).
