Staff Product Manager, Subscription & Payments

Job Description: • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution across Webflow’s payment and subscription lifecycle management surfaces • Own and move critical business metrics, including activation, expansion, retention, and renewals • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact products from concept through launch and iteration • Partner with finance, IT, and data teams to ensure compliance across the billing and payments stack • Operate at every level of fidelity – diving into customer pain points and edge cases while also shaping durable, flexible infrastructure that supports Webflow’s long-term growth. Requirements: • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • Have experience in payments, billing, or financial products • Have worked with 3rd party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe or Adyen • Have knowledge across the payments experience from user experience through sales and accounting needs • Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas • Are a systems thinker • Have 7+ years experience in product management • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
