Job Title Sr. Director of Finance, Financial Strategy & Insights Job Description Summary The Sr. Director of Finance, Financial Strategy & Insights serves as a strategic finance leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial insights, supporting investment decisions, and enabling data-driven business strategy. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that support growth, performance optimization, and long-term value creation. This position moves beyond traditional finance responsibilities by focusing on forward-looking analysis, strategic advisory, and development of performance frameworks that align financial outcomes with business objectives. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing insights into financial performance, strategic opportunities, and investment trade-offs. Lead strategic financial modeling and scenario analysis to support enterprise decision-making. Evaluate strategic initiatives and investment decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment. Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to support transformation initiatives and new growth opportunities. Provide ongoing monitoring and performance tracking against investment expectations. Establish and maintain enterprise KPI frameworks that align operational performance with financial outcomes. Drive development of executive-level dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into business performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analysis and proactive insight generation. Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives tailored for executive audiences. Influence decision-making through structured analysis and compelling financial storytelling. Partner with FP&A, Strategy, Operations, and Business Unit leaders to drive alignment between financial planning and execution. Support transformation initiatives by integrating financial perspectives into operational strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including strategic finance, corporate finance, or FP&A leadership roles. Demonstrated experience supporting business strategy and investment decision-making. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leadership. Proven ability to influence without direct authority and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
