With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're scaling our Solutions Architecture & Engineering team to support our growing business and meet the evolving needs of our external, enterprise customers. **About the Role** As a Solutions Engineer - K8s Support - Customer 1st, you will be responsible for collaborating, guiding, and supporting new and existing customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, from presale to installation and support. Your expertise in Kubernetes, orchestration, containerization, and cloud-native technologies will enable you to design, deploy, and manage scalable and efficient solutions for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime * Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve arenaflex's solutions and services **Essential Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations, with a focus on systems, software, infrastructure, and cloud-native technologies * 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage) and orchestration, containerization, and cloud-native technologies * Proficiency in cloud computing, networking, and storage services, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and Linux (Bash, Shell) * Strong understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and experience with Python, Go, and C programming languages * Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE, or relevant discipline is ideal **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud-native applications and services * Familiarity with DevOps and CloudOps practices * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with customer success and support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, shaping the future of solutions architecture and engineering * Collaborative and remote work environment, with flexible working hours and a focus on work-life balance * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities, with access to industry-leading training and resources * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to arenaflex's success **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused Solutions Engineer with a passion for Kubernetes support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
