Job Title: Social Media Content Video Editor Location: Patch Tattoo Therapy in Tarzana, CA Job Type: Freelancing 6 months (20h per week, in-person meeting + WFH) with Opportunity to Extend About Us: We are a tattoo studio seeking an experienced social media content editor to join our creative team. Position Overview: We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of professional editing experience, with a portfolio of social media content (Youtube, TikTok or IG reel). You will be working closely with our creative director, and other team members to produce engaging video contents. Key Responsibilities: • Edit video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels with a focus on quality and consistency. • Sort and organize video footage, regularly clean up video assets, including maintaining a B-roll library. Making sure that the file structures remain organized and easy to navigate. • Manage multiple video projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Provide video edits based on instructions from the content team. • Maintain an efficient workflow. • Ensure all content meets the company’s branding, tone, and style guidelines. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and related editing softwares. • Experience organizing and managing video file libraries, especially B-roll footage. • Portfolio of social media content for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. • Familiarity with data reading, video optimization for social media platforms. • Ability to meet tight deadlines, reliable and efficient. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Heavy social media user, have a good social media sense, understand how contents attract audience. • Use AI tools to boost efficiency. • Understand how to build Intellectual Property. • Can use a camera and take videos for the B-roll library when needed.
