Job Title: Social Media Specialist Remote | Part-time Australian Time Zone Work Hours Preferred Work Schedule: Part time Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm Sydney time ( between 6:00am - 3:00pm Manila Time) Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Platform Management Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and blog posts for the website Create visually appealing graphics, reels, car photography reels, and videos for both Car Farm and the coaching business Write engaging captions and thought-leadership content that aligns with each brand’s voice Schedule and publish content consistently, keeping audience insights in mind Paid Advertising Set up and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, split-testing, and remarketing Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI Brand Strategy & Community Engagement Collaborate closely with the client to define and evolve brand voice and positioning Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms to grow community engagement Identify content or platform opportunities (e.g., trends, hashtags, influencer collabs) Requirements Proven 2 years experience in social media strategy, content creation, and paid advertising Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Knowledge of social media trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and blogs Strong design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) Copywriting experience with a knack for storytelling and brand-building Ability to work independently, take creative initiative, and meet deadlines Bonus: Experience in the automotive, retail, or coaching/personal development industries *Note: Please provide genuine examples of your creative work as well as ROI on Ads Spend documentation.
