Job Description:
• Create daily social content across LinkedIn and Meta that tells the Digitail story through customer voices, product innovation, and thought leadership.
• Film and edit short-form videos using tools like Riverside, Descript, and CapCut; transform interviews and long-form videos into punchy social clips, reels, and carousels.
• Interview veterinarians, practice managers, and tech-forward clinics to produce authentic, emotionally engaging stories from the front lines of animal care.
• Work closely with marketing leadership to turn company milestones, product updates, and events into high-performing social moments.
• Build and manage Digitail’s voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels (e.g. TikTok or YouTube Shorts).
• Develop content calendars and creative campaigns that balance education, humor, and thought leadership.
• Monitor engagement trends and adapt content strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and share of voice.
• Slice, remix, and repurpose existing video and podcast content into platform-native formats.
• Travel to U.S. veterinary conferences, trade shows, and customer sites to film on-location interviews, capture event highlights, and produce 'real world' storytelling moments.
• Partner with our event marketing and customer success teams to ensure the Digitail brand shows up authentically and memorably wherever we go.
• Collaborate with agency partners and freelancers on larger shoots and paid social campaigns.
• Experiment with new content formats and viral hooks to make Digitail stand out in the B2B veterinary space.
• Partner with the broader marketing team to ideate campaigns that integrate social, events, and customer advocacy.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth, engagement, and pipeline influence.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or creative agency.
• Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing video content — you know how to hook attention in the first three seconds.
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and short-form video platforms (bonus if you’ve tested emerging channels).
• Comfort with tools like Riverside, Descript, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere to edit and produce assets independently.
• Excellent interviewing and storytelling skills — you can make anyone (including yourself) comfortable on camera.
• Creative instincts for visual design, copy, and tone — you know what feels native to each platform.
• A builder mindset: you’re energized by testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
• Willingness to travel across North America (10–20%) to capture real customer stories and event footage.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, pet care, or mission-driven tech brands.
Benefits:
• Help shape how an entire industry talks about technology, innovation, and care.
• Enjoy a remote-friendly culture with opportunities for travel, creative freedom, and rapid career growth.
