Role Overview As a Senior Journey Marketing Specialist, Platform and Operations, you will play a critical role in building audience and measurement capabilities across GEICO's consumer Mar-tech stack. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Platform and Journey Operations to support marketers in executing strategy, testing, and iterating on multi-channel journeys. Key Responsibilities: Use proficiency in Mar-tech tools to support the technical architecture and daily operations of GEICO's Journey and Customer Data platforms, focusing on system optimization and advanced journey configurations. Implement and refine complex SQL queries to ensure accurate audiences, segmentation, and data integrity for targeting campaigns and delivering personalization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing Analytics, to architect end-to-end solutions. Translate asks by strategists for consumer-centric marketing into clear, actionable requirements for system enhancements and integrations. Proficiently document technical architectures, solutions, and innovations to guide future implementations and enable other team members to utilize solutions at scale. Conduct in-depth analyses to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or relevant years of experience. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign management with a significant focus on data analysis and technical design. Experience working in Journey-based marketing tools, Customer Data Platforms, and Data Warehouses (Snowflake preferred). Advanced proficiency in SQL, with extensive knowledge of database management and data modeling. Demonstrated ability to design and document comprehensive technical solutions that align with organizational objectives. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom, or other subscription-based businesses. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other productivity tools, including PowerBI and Azure Dev Ops. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $102,000 - $168,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
