About the Role
As a Senior Integrated Marketing Professional at Microsoft, you'll be responsible for leveraging reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success. You'll develop and execute marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies to promote Microsoft's products and services through digital channels, devising strategies to increase exposure and business from our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Microsoft's products and services through digital channels, including the Internet, social media, and other online platforms.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, track usage trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Establish and manage relationships with search engines, portal sites, and other digital partners to drive business results.
- Develop and maintain website graphic designs and layouts that support Microsoft's brand and image.
- Ensure that Microsoft's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive information that is easily accessible to existing and potential customers.
- Manage social media marketing and online community management initiatives to engage with customers and promote Microsoft's products and services.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Communications, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of integrated marketing and/or marketing strategy implementation experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in evangelizing and presenting products or services to customers, partners, or field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing with cloud-based products and solutions, marketing strategy development and execution, data-driven message creation, and content management strategy development.
- At least 2 years of experience in collaborating and influencing stakeholders, market research, and business operations management.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global technology company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A competitive salary, with a base pay range of $179,370 to $209,370, depending on your location and experience.
- Additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock, based on individual performance.
- Opportunities to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and your role.
