In this critical role, you will spearhead the marketing function across various paid and organic channels to drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketers and content creators while ensuring accountability and performance against set targets. This position collaborates closely with the CEO to shape strategic initiatives and foster a high-performance culture centered around results and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable all marketing and content team members.
• Oversee weekly sprints, KPIs, and execution quality.
• Drive paid and organic teams to consistently meet lead-generation targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on offers, strategy, and execution direction.
• Monitor metrics and proactively adjust to sustain growth.
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
• Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
• Ensure flawless ad creation, optimization, and split-test execution.
Requirements
• 7+ years in a senior or director-level digital marketing leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams across paid ads, email, SEO, content, and video.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of hitting aggressive lead and revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching ability.
• Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
