About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to act as the Head of Staff to the Leader VP and Head Working Official of Walmart US. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing a large-scale portfolio of projects, providing business insights, and driving strategic decision-making. If you have a proven track record of execution, credibility, and innovation across multiple business areas, with a preference for Finance/M&A or business background, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-suite leaders to drive business outcomes and shape strategic direction
• Develop and articulate perspectives, insights, and recommendations to inform key business decisions
• Analyze complex data sets, including customer, associate, and financial information, to drive business growth
• Oversee Project Management and drive initiatives to improve customer experience
• Demonstrate a high level of prioritization, productivity, and strategic thinking

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in strategy development and alignment
• Excellent business writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling board white papers
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong project management and time management skills
• A high level of trust, confidentiality, and integrity
• The ability to work collaboratively with others, take feedback, and adapt to changing circumstances
