Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in design, with strong portfolio examples of performance creative or digital advertising. Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity. Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping experience is a plus). Experience working closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
