The Client Service Representative provides advanced client support by communicating via phone or email to resolve internal and external client concerns on behalf of the District Managers. Day to day, you'll... • Contact H&R Block Field Leadership and other related business units on behalf of external clients seeking resolution on escalated complaint cases • Research agent knowledgebase to address assigned escalated complaint cases from our retail clients • Interpret clients’ needs and identify practical solutions through detailed research, analysis, and independent decision making • Accurately document updates to the client complaint case • Escalate client issues to other internal teams when necessary • Provide insights to leadership on trends with client issues • Actively participate in routine 1:1 coaching sessions that focus on performance • Handle additional tasks as business needs require What you'll bring to the team...
