About Us Unicus Marketing (est. 1993) is a full-service creative marketing firm helping businesses grow with branding, websites, video, digital ads, and more. www.unicusmarketing.com Unicus Alliance, our nonprofit arm, provides these same high-impact services to mission-driven charities at low or no cost—funded by corporate sponsorships and donations—to help them raise more and do more good. www.unicusalliance.org We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Qualification Specialist to help us find and qualify great opportunities on both sides: businesses ready for marketing services and supporters (companies or individuals) interested in sponsoring or donating to empower nonprofits. You’ll work closely with the Founder/CEO, but your main focus is the front end: finding prospects, making initial contact, and qualifying them so they’re ready to move forward. You’ll get full support throughout—including strong help with presentations and closing—so you don’t have to close every deal yourself. Compensation rewards the leads you bring in that turn into wins. Key Responsibilities • Work with the the team/CEO to identify promising targets for marketing services or sponsorship/donation opportunities. • Use your network and new outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to connect with potential clients and supporters. • Introduce our services, learn about their needs, qualify interest/budget/fit, and pass warm, detailed opportunities to the team. • Keep a clear pipeline and provide regular updates on your progress. • Manage your own schedule and stay focused on results. Qualifications • General experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or fundraising (any level welcome—proven hustle matters more than years). • Big plus-Existing contacts with business owners, executives, or potential donors. • Strong communication skills and comfort reaching out to new people. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. • Genuine interest in helping businesses grow and nonprofits succeed.
