As a Sales Associate, you will support pipeline generation and engage with senior Sales and Solutions colleagues throughout the sales process, while developing product expertise and understanding institutional trading workflows. Responsibilities - Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across Talos’s core client segments, including hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers - Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members, learning to map client workflows and requirements to Talos’s product capabilities - Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded and up to date - Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects and inform account prioritization strategies - Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals and ensure accurate client communication - Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials for active opportunities - Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests, connecting client insights to product roadmap discussions - Build strong product knowledge over time, including Talos’s capabilities, competitive positioning, and technical architecture - Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events to build relationships, enhance brand presence, and identify new business opportunities Skills - 1 - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services - Strong recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered - Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology - Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets is advantageous but not required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows reliably - Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) within a structured sales process - Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms - Coachable, proactive, and thoughtful in approach, with good judgment on when to escalate versus act independently - High level of ownership and self-direction; able to identify priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum without constant guidance - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment with a high degree of autonomy Benefits - Monthly wellness credit for personal use, such as gym memberships, massages, or even a ski pass for your next holiday - Paid lunches in the office - Monthly fitness and evening socials to foster connections with colleagues - Annual offsite events to engage with the wider team Company Overview - Talos is an end-to-end crypto trading platform that provides digital asset trading technology for lenders, brokers, and investors.
