Behind that mission is a culture of growth, accountability, and success.    The Opportunity    As a TurFresh salesperson, you won’t be stuck cold-calling or trying to create demand from scratch. Instead, you’ll thrive in an environment where:  Inbound demand is strong – The majority of leads are incoming from homeowners who already see the value in turf care and are actively seeking solutions. Upside is built in – From post-service upsells to subscription conversions, you’ll have multiple touchpoints to deepen customer relationships and grow accounts.  Quality matters – We attract customers who value service, convenience, and long-term solutions — making it easier to sell recurring plans, not just one-off services.  Tools are in place – Our systems, including GHL CRM, Jobber, MS Teams make it simple to track, follow up, and win business with accuracy and discipline.    What You’ll Do - Inbound Leads – Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries with a consultative approach. Qualify prospects effectively, tailor solutions to their needs, and close at a very high conversion rate. Our prospects call with a clear problem and are asking for us to fix it — your role is to guide them to an outcome that relieves their pain points.  - Reviving Lost Opportunities – Proactively re-engage archived or inactive leads with strategic offers (e.g., turning a declined one-time service into a recurring monthly subscription or a premium service into a more price-centric solution).  - Strategic Outreach – Leverage geographic targeting to strengthen route density and optimize service efficiency in priority markets.  - Customer Expansion – Conduct thoughtful post-service follow-ups to ensure extreme customer satisfaction and convert one-time customers into ongoing subscribers.  - Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities in between scheduled services to recommend “top-off” treatments, enhancing convenience and lifetime customer value.  What Makes You Successful - Sales Discipline – You have a track record of consistently updating CRM systems with precision, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.  - Consultative Closing Skills – You know how to listen deeply, educate customers, and close deals at above-average conversion rates.  - Professional Communication – You’re fluent in English, with a style that balances warmth, professionalism, and persuasion.  - Ownership Mindset – You operate with accountability, seeing every customer interaction as an opportunity to strengthen the TurFresh brand.  - Your communication represents the TurFresh brand, so fluency in English, warmth, and persuasion are essential.  What We Offer - Competitive Pay: Compensation aligned with experience for remote US work from LATAM market.  - Remote Flexibility: Work from any continent/region where Pacific Time Zone is still within reason.   - Supportive Team: Collaborate directly with an amazing, supportive team and leadership that is sales-focused.  - Professional Development: Ongoing training and mentorship.
