Job Description:
• Analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build stable, scalable robots using the UiPath platform
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to automate processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
• Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery
• Conduct feasibility assessments of automation opportunities
• Prepare and maintain PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and deployment documentation
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stable and efficient automations
• Monitor and troubleshoot production bots; implement fixes and enhancements as needed
• Work with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solutions Architect) preferred
• Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Document Understanding or AI/ML features preferred
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred
• Background in business process optimization or process re-engineering preferred
