[email protected]. We are seeking a Software Asset Management expert with significant experience reconciling top tier publishers within the ServiceNow SAM Pro module. This individual must be comfortable working with legal and financial data such as contracts, POs, and Invoices to create software entitlement records within ServiceNow. The ability to troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow Discovery (CMDB) and/or alternative software discovery integrations (e.g. Tanium), as it relates to software reconciliation results, is a big plus. Must also be comfortable creating manual Effective License Position reports as needed. Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders while working on large projects with high organizational impact and visibility is required.
