- Follow a proven, repeatable framework
- Scale into leadership and team-building if desired
Skills

- Comfortable being paid based on performance
- Serious about $50K part-time / $100K+ full-time in Year 1
- Serious about $250K+ in Year 2–3
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (clean background required)
