Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project
- Communicate to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Skills
- Experience advising and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data for operational management metrics and planning tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to communicate deadlines and provide input on mitigation strategies with senior-level military and civilian officials
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting or participating in project teams, undertaking tasks or objectives that accomplish goals
- Knowledge of the management and acquisition life cycle
- Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
