Essential Qualifications - High school diploma or GED (required). - Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy. - Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high‑quality standards. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications. - Typing speed of 40–50+ words per minute with a focus on error‑free entry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Team‑oriented mindset with the willingness to support peers and collaborate on shared goals. Preferred Qualifications & Experience - Previous data entry or administrative experience in a legal, finance, or regulated environment. - Familiarity with document management systems, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, or legal case management software. - Experience working remotely, demonstrating self‑discipline, time‑management, and reliable internet connectivity. - Basic understanding of legal terminology and filing processes. - Additional certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or a recognized typing certification. Core Skills & Competencies for Success - Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot patterns, detect anomalies, and make logical decisions based on data. - Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple document queues while meeting strict deadlines. - Problem‑Solving: Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through to closure. - Adaptability: Embrace new technologies, process updates, and evolving regulatory requirements. - Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information.
