They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide responsive, high-quality support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely, helpful and professional way
- Support customers with project, product and camera-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions
- Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations clearly
- Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to share customer issues and feedback
- Categorize tasks and queries accurately within our support systems
- Maintain clear records and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support with additional projects or tasks as needed in a growing business

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A customer-first mindset and a calm, professional approach
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting customers by phone, email and support platforms
- Able to manage expectations and build positive customer relationships
- Reliable, proactive and organized in the way you work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Able to adapt quickly and respond well to change
- Previous experience in customer support, service or another customer-facing role
- Experience using Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar systems
