Must be able to work a varied schedule Tuesdays through Sundays (mornings and afternoons). Hours depend on performance schedule.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Manager of Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods with the overall artist experience.
• Attend to artists and touring personnel with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist technical staff with load-in, during show tasks, and load-out, when necessary.
• Assist in routine upkeep of backstage amenities.
• Communicate with Event Assistants regarding any needs for day-of hospitality and onsite transportation.
• Assist Manager of Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods in providing general assistance to patrons before, during, and after performances.
• Oversee Event Assistants to provide a welcoming and seamless box office and merchandise experience for patrons.
• Assist venue staff with general administrative duties, such as generating and sending daily schedules, database management, and email correspondence with artists and agents.
• Attend and present pertinent information at weekly production meetings.
• Provide support for auxiliary activities such as Artist Workshops, Stay & Play, and onsite mascot (Wolfie) appearances.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior concert experience preferred but not required
• Must have a customer-service oriented mindset and maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, detail-oriented, and computer efficiency.
• Must be available 30-40 hours a week from June-August, including early mornings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
