Location: Remote (PST Preferred) Estimated Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9-month contract starting M-F, full-time (40 hours); W2 Health Benefits + PTO About the Role Seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a temporary assignment supporting our Scale Devices team. This role is ideal for experienced marketing professionals with a background in consumer technology who thrive in fast-paced environments. As a contingent worker, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches for RL Labs group - Oakley, Ray Ban, EL. Responsibilities • Plan and execute GTM launches for new and existing products within the Devices portfolio. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product adoption and engagement. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign development. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for assigned launches. Typical Day-to-Day in the role • 20% of time is dedicated to recurring meetings mostly tied to the main go to market project, wheels on the train running. • Helping to manage and scheduled stand ups • Working with cross functional partners and DS Minimum Requirements • Proven prior experience planning and executing GTM launches. • Background in Product Marketing and/or Marketing Strategy within Consumer Tech industries. • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills • Operational hygiene, being extremely proactive - scheduling, managing meetings. - past experience in consumer tech • GTM strategy and product marketing experience, end to end • Managing cross functionals - rally, have alacrity and drive actions Nice-to-have Skills • Chief of staff or broader strategy roles • Familiar AI tools • Worked in both in physical and tech consumer goods • Years of overall experience required? Level IV 8+ • Degrees/certifications required?
