Our Products FABU — a mental well-being app for women, offering a space for reflection, self-expression, and stress management. Available in Ukrainian and free for Ukrainian users. SUITSME — a fashion game where users style outfits, complete fashion challenges, and connect with a community of over 11,000 players. In 2024 alone, more than 50 million virtual looks were created. Nominated for the 2024 Mobile Game Awards in the “Best Indie Developer” category. What You'll Be Doing Own the user acquisition funnel as a product - from idea to execution to optimization. Analyze competitors, market trends, and user behavior to uncover new growth opportunities. Continuously generate, validate, and prioritize bold hypotheses for A/B tests and funnel improvements. Drive the full cycle of funnel experiments: ideation → design → development → analytics → insights → scale. Partner closely with cross-functional teams: performance marketing, product, analytics, creative, and engineering - to execute fast. Collaborate with creative team to develop campaigns with sharp, clear value propositions. Exploit AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation frameworks) to accelerate research, ideation, and execution. What Will Help You Thrive 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Management, Performance Marketing, or similar roles. Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels, retention loops, unit economics, and the metrics that matter. Proven ability to run A/B tests, analyze results, and derive actionable insights. Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.) and turning data into stories & actions. Strong research skills - able to spot trends, analyze competitors, and understand user needs deeply. Upper-Intermediate English or higher - you can clearly articulate ideas, hypotheses, and results.
