If you’re a caring, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who loves helping others thrive, we’d love to have you on our team!    Position Summary We’re seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic therapy team. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized, hands-on care that promotes recovery, mobility, and functional independence for patients in their homes.    Key Responsibilities - Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities to improve  strength, flexibility, and balance - Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist - Monitor, document, and report patient progress and condition changes in a timely manner - Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility strategies,  and safety techniques - Prepare and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment - Assist patients with transfers and mobility training during therapy sessions - Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care - Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with company and regulatory standards    Qualifications - Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required) - Bachelor’s  degree (preferred) - Active Kansas  PTA license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) (required) - Minimum 1  year of PTA experience (required); 2+ years and home health experience preferred - Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills - Dependable, self-motivated, and compassionate - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license    Schedule - Full Time - Flexible Schedule    Benefits - Flexible  scheduling and manageable caseloads - Supportive, team-focused work culture - Opportunities  for professional development and continuing education - Meaningful work that makes a difference in patients’ daily lives    Work Location - In  the field (home health visits throughout Topeka Kansas)    How to Apply Join a team that helps others thrive — and grow your career while doing it!  Send your resume to [email protected] Requirements - Must have your Kansas PTA License - Reliable vehicle - Valid Driver's License - Valid Car Insurance
