Teach and facilitate the Advanced Nursing Practice course for the Fall 2025 semester.
Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the course objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and professional growth.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and skills.
Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the nursing field to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development, including providing support and resources for career planning.
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff to ensure a productive and collaborative working environment.
Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching methods and stay informed on university policies and procedures.
Participate in the evaluation and assessment of student learning outcomes to ensure the course meets accreditation standards.
Uphold the values and reputation of Rutgers University through professional conduct and ethical behavior.
Provide support and guidance to students outside of class hours as needed.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall quality of the nursing program.
