Key Responsibilities Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers, ensuring timely and accurate entry into our ticketing system. Open and submit requests for the Help Desk technicians to review, facilitating efficient issue resolution. Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk, including whether issues were resolved or require further action such as a coordinated call to the customer. Compose and send email responses to customers, providing them with updates and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Maintain organization and focus on promptly closing out tickets, contributing to high customer satisfaction rates and efficient operational processes. Essential Qualifications No prior experience is necessary to apply for this role, as arenaflex is committed to training and developing its employees. However, ideal candidates will possess: Previous experience in an I.T. Help Desk ticket environment or online customer service role, particularly with a technology company or busy online retailer.
