About the Role In this part-time role, you'll engage with customers through online chats, representing our automotive dealer clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer service, address inquiries, and capture leads that contribute to our clients' success. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealers drive sales and revenue. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our strategies. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that make you an exceptional customer service professional. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it's not necessary – we're eager to train the right candidate. Essential qualifications include: Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies. Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions. Strong gaming experience or multitasking skills are a plus, as they demonstrate your ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
