Position Overview In this part-time position, you will be the face of our clients' brands, engaging in online conversations with customers to provide support, resolve inquiries, and convert interactions into valuable leads. Key Responsibilities Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet their needs and expectations. Deliver precise and up-to-date information regarding products and services via chat, enhancing customers' understanding and facilitating informed decisions. Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and maximizing conversion rates for our clients. Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, adhering to data privacy best practices and ensuring the integrity of customer data. Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, providing actionable insights that can inform business strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, staying abreast of industry developments and maintaining expertise that supports exceptional customer support. Work Schedule and Training We are looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after the first week of training. During your initial week, you will undergo comprehensive training from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Requirements for Success To thrive in this position, you should possess: Previous customer service or automotive experience, although not mandatory, can be a significant advantage in understanding customer needs and industry dynamics. Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer operations, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. Strong multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality of response. A positive, professional attitude complemented by great people skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Comfort adapting to change and working in a fast-paced environment, where priorities can shift rapidly and flexibility is key.
