Responsibilities
- Process and log orders
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes
- Process Statement of Time Charges
- Leave request forms and timesheets
- Screen all incoming telephone calls
- Process mail
- Order supplies
- Schedule pre-filing and conference calls
- Prepare and process travel expense claims
- Work on special projects pertaining to the eFiling system
