Operations Specialist (Part-Time) – Property Management & Accounting

Job Description: We are a Maryland-based property management firm looking for a high-precision Operations Specialist. We operate in a highly structured environment with fully developed SOPs and video training. We don't need someone to "figure it out"—we need an Operator to execute our system with zero errors. The Workflow: • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST Availability: You must be active and responsive during these hours. • Buildium Management: Processing utility bills, recording payments, and performing bank-to-ledger reconciliations. • Cloud Organization: Maintaining a strict Google Drive structure using our naming convention. • Communication: All internal coordination is handled via Telegram. Proficiency with Telegram handles and desktop use is a mandatory technical requirement. Required Proficiency: • Buildium: You must know how to navigate ledgers, record checks, and reconcile accounts. • Google Workspace: Advanced use of Drive and Sheets (Logic, sorting, and data integrity). • General PM Knowledge: Understanding of trust accounting, tenant ledgers, and vendor disbursements. • Technical Setup: Dual-monitor or large-screen setup is required for split-screen efficiency.
