Neuronanny is a boutique nanny agency specializing in neurodiverse-informed care for families across the U.S. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and warm Nanny Onboarding Specialist to support our caregiver onboarding process during our current maintenance phase, with required participation in active hiring rounds several times per year.
This is a remote, freelance role ideal for someone seeking supplemental income, not full-time hours. The position is front-facing, requiring Zoom video calls with candidates and clients, and a professional photo for internal systems and email setup.

Compensation: Per-task payouts (approved weekly)
Tools Used: Asana, Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom
Sample Task Rates:
• Final Zoom Interview with Candidate – $15
• Full Caregiver Profile – $20
• Email Setup Monitoring – $5
• Phone Follow-Up with Candidate – $7
• Profile Updates or Revisions – $10–$15
• Welcome Package Coordination – $5
All tasks are assigned in Asana. Working hours are flexible. Zoom interviews may be scheduled based on your availability, as long as they fall between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM (7 days a week).

Hiring Sprints (Required Participation)
During high-volume hiring rounds (typically 2–4 times/year), this role temporarily shifts to a fixed-price sprint format:
• Estimated Time: ~24 hours over 2 weeks
• Flat Rate: $450–$600 depending on scope
• Advance Notice: Minimum of 2 weeks

Requirements:
• U.S.-based freelancer
• Experience in onboarding, nanny placement, or recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable on Zoom with both candidates and clients (front-facing role)
• Professional photo required (for internal presentation and email setup)
• Availability for Zoom interviews between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible within that range)
• Must sign NDA and freelance agreement before starting
• Familiar with Google Suite, Zoom, Asana
• Handles sensitive candidate/family information with discretion
