THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Master Data Management Analyst to join our FP&A team with a strong focus on Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).
The MDM Analyst plays a critical role in governing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise master data and metadata that drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,
management reporting, external reporting and financial close processes.
This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timely
availability of key financial master data dimensions (Chart of Accounts, Entity, Cost Center, Project, Natural Account, etc.) across the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Serve as a key day-to-day administrator and power user of Oracle EDMCS
• Manage and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, nodes, and properties in EDMCS
• Process, validate, and submit change requests through EDMCS workflows
• Enforce data governance policies, business rules, and approval workflows
• Perform data quality analysis, identify issues, and drive remediation activities
• Automate data review processes for consolidation and reconciliation for EDMCS imports
• Support metadata change management processes including impact analysis and

• Collaborate closely with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Financial Technology, and business
• teams to understand requirements and implement master data changes
• Create and maintain documentation of hierarchies, business rules, properties, and data

• application integrations
• Monitor system performance, data integrity alerts, and resolve issues in a timely manner

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 3-5 years’ experience with metadata governance, change/project management, and
• workflow processes
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing Oracle EDMCS activities
• BS Degree in Information Technology preferred, Computer Science, or comparable
• Good understanding of data quality principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic SQL / data query skills
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g. file-based loads, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus
