Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager Location: Remote Work Shift: M-F Ideally 11:30 AM–6:30 PM CST Working Hours: 20 hours/week to start, with potential to scale to full-time About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support the operations and growth of a founder-led creative business. You’ll help manage internal and client projects, optimize workflows, and act as a trusted thought partner to the founder. Key Responsibilities: Project Client Management Act as a liaison between the founder and clients: attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups happen on time Manage task flow, deadlines, and status updates using PM tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana) Coordinate across internal teams (Ads, SEO, Social, Web) to align on timelines and deliverables Proactively identify blockers and propose solutions for workflow improvements Track the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns and creative projects Marketing Creative Operations Support the execution of marketing plans, content calendars, and deliverables across platforms Draft and review marketing copy (social posts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB posts) for tone, clarity, and strategic alignment Coordinate social media scheduling and content review (Meta, Buffer, etc.) Monitor basic campaign performance and collaborate with specialists to ensure alignment Generate reports and analyze campaign data using Meta or Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations. Admin EA Support Provide inbox management, calendar coordination, scheduling, and basic admin support Set up systems for documentation, meeting notes, and automation (e.g., AI note-taking tools) Maintain team communication, file organization, and internal SOP tracking Occasionally assist with hiring freelancers, onboarding new team members, or sourcing vendors and platforms Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or digital marketing coordination Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content scheduling platforms Strong copywriting and proofreading skills; excellent grammar and tone control Stellar communication, time management, and organizational skills Proactive and solution-oriented; able to think ahead and manage up Must be available during US hours (11:30 AM–6:30 PM CST) Nice to Have: Experience supporting a founder or small agency Familiarity with design tools like Canva, a social media scheduling platform, and Adobe Products is a plus.
