The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness and engagement while managing various marketing communications and strategies across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate the production of marketing communications, including social media content, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website updates
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure materials align with brand standards and quality expectations
- Maintain the marketing calendar, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to the marketing team
- Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of campaigns
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Creative thinker with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
