As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for owning email execution and orchestrating personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email and other channels such as push and SMS. Key Responsibilities: Implement, own, and manage our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and platform integrations Develop, deploy, optimize, and execute campaigns and landing pages, including template management, email development, and list building Create testing processes to ensure code quality and perform issue management related to projects Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo Build and optimize segmentation in support of unique campaign needs and create detailed documentation and SOPs Develop and maintain dashboards of key performance and success metrics and assist with closed-loop reporting Manage project timelines, perform day-to-day system maintenance, and drive improvements and best practices Stay current with data privacy laws and partner with proper channels to ensure compliance What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid remote work arrangement for a better work-life balance Opportunity to work with a pioneering logistics company and drive customer-centric innovation Collaborative and dynamic team environment Ready to Apply?
