Job Description:
• Lead the strategic sourcing function for non-engineering technical roles
• Own and scale proactive sourcing efforts
• Manage a team of full-time and contract sourcers
• Partner with business stakeholders to align on priorities
• Deliver ongoing reports on sourcing progress and metrics
• Build cross-functional relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• 7-10 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of technical domains
• Proficiency in data and analytics
• Ability to leverage metrics and insights for decision making
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments
