In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of surgical treatments by managing clinical projects within a dynamic team. As a key player in the MedTech Surgery Clinical Project & Portfolio Management team, you will oversee the tactical processes and frameworks necessary for successful project delivery. This remote position allows you to collaborate with stakeholders across various locations, ensuring that project goals are met effectively while adhering to compliance and quality standards. Responsibilities • Lead assigned clinical projects and programs across the full lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, stabilization and closure. • Apply project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve consistency. • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines. • Design and develop quality control practices for project execution. • Monitor project goals and provide timely status updates to stakeholders. • Coordinate project-related activities for knowledge transfer and process documentation. • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners, managing expectations. • Coach and train junior team members to enhance their capabilities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Present project summaries to senior leadership. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Research, Engineering, Business, or related field required. • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in regulated healthcare environments required. • Experience in clinical trial operations or real-world evidence preferred. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools. • Proven verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • High proficiency with standard office and project management tools. • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices preferred. • Willingness to travel (25% domestic and global) as required.
