**The Role**
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Bring great customer service to the customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat
* Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Provide support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Requirements**
* Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
* Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit.
* Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home within the Baltic region
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
