As a SEM Marketing Lead, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing SEM growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business results through data-driven decision making. About the Role Developing and maintaining a roadmap of new growth and marketing initiatives, focusing on global and regional efforts Building robust business cases to present new ideas to leadership and driving execution against aggressive KPI targets Collaborating with regional cross-functional partners to action on demand and supply insights that drive business growth Owning project management and cross-functional workflows with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Creative teams Conducting regular experimentation to facilitate rapid learning and application of insights Presenting updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership through decks and in-person presentations Your Expertise To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of relevant SEM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced company A solid track record of managing and executing large-scale SEM campaigns and cross-functional projects Deep understanding of SEM strategy and management, with strong interest in how it works "under the hood" Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing and exceptional communication skills Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial metrics, with ability to create financial models and forecasts What We Offer In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary, remote work opportunities, and a dynamic team environment.
