About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, completing Evidence of Insurance requests, greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to work with a proven lead funnel to set yourself up for success and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely and accurate manner. Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns. Work with a proven lead funnel to set yourself up for success and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Requirements: Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We can guide you in the process of obtaining it. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Exceeds current and prospective client expectations. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing. What We Offer: A competitive hourly base salary of $18-$22 per hour.
